About the project
PawBooking, pet sahipleri ve iş ortakları için ayrı deneyimler sunan kapsamlı bir ekosistem olarak tasarlandı. Projede pet owner ve partner tarafları için 2 farklı web uygulaması ve 2 farklı React Native mobil uygulama kurulumu yapıldı.
Challenge
Evcil hayvan sahipleri hizmet bulma ve rezervasyon süreçlerinde dağınık bir deneyim yaşıyordu. Partner tarafında ise operasyonlar manuel ilerliyor, panel ve mobil ihtiyaçlar tek bir üründe sağlıklı ölçeklenemiyordu.
Solution
Partner ve pet owner akışlarını ayrıştırarak çoklu ürün mimarisi kurduk. İki web projesi ve iki React Native projesi ile rol bazlı deneyim sunduk; rezervasyon, bildirim ve operasyon yönetimini merkezi backend ile entegre ettik.
Outcome
Lansman sonrası kullanıcı deneyimi belirgin biçimde iyileşti; partner tarafında operasyonel hız arttı, pet sahipleri tarafında rezervasyon süreci sadeleşti. Çoklu uygulama yapısı sayesinde ürün ölçeklenebilirliği güçlendirildi. PawBooking ile iş birliğimiz 2 yıldan fazladır devam ediyor ve halen birlikte çalışıyoruz.

The PawBooking ecosystem
From a single interface to seven connected products
PawBooking is not a client project for us, it is the studio's school. What started as a website for pet owners grew over the years into a partner panel, admin screens, two mobile apps and a business SaaS. Most of the team's income comes from this ecosystem today, and every architectural decision we make elsewhere was rehearsed here first.

Licensed pet hotels, pet-friendly hotels, pet transfer and QR tags. Search, filters, booking and the entire payment flow live here.
One panel for hotels, pet taxis and groomers. Room and price management, booking approval, campaigns and reports.
Business software that runs independently of the marketplace. Online booking, payments and customer management in one subscription.
The operations team's desk. Hotel inspection, orders and refunds, transfer planning, campaign sending and finance reports.

Two apps, two stores
iOS and Android app for pet owners. Hotel search, booking, a digital pet passport, reminders and guide content.
Management in your pocket for business owners. Approve incoming bookings, see occupancy and calendar, chat with customers from the same app.

One backend under all of it
Every web and mobile client consumes the same REST API and the same real-time layer. Business rules, state machines and conversion events live in one place; clients are only the presentation layer.

What we learned here
Lessons we carry into every other project
- 01Marketplace payments
Pooled model, 3D-Secure, installments, card vaulting and refund flows, learned on live money. Every e-commerce project since started with that experience.
- 02Multi-role architecture
Pet owner, partner, admin and public agent roles live in the same backend. Solving role separation at the session and token level gave projects like Orkide their skeleton.
- 03Real-time communication
A Socket.io layer for chat, notifications and status updates. Rate limiting, presence and XSS sanitization included.
- 04Embedding operations in software
Daily work like hotel inspection, transfer planning and finance moved into the admin panel. Whatever the team does, the software now does.
- 05Mobile release discipline
App Store and Google Play processes for two apps, EAS builds and update flows. We lived every step, store rejections included.
- 06Measurable growth
GTM, Meta server-side conversions and SEO-focused public endpoints. We know which channel brings bookings.
